Save the Date: CTR will be at the Street Food Convention 2018

For sure, CTR company is participating in many industry events and exhibitions. In November, there will be another important exhibitions – the Street Food Convention – in Nuremberg. From the 14th to the 15th of November, we will participate at the exhibition together with our Freddymobil parallel to the Braubeviale fair in the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. This event is aimed at food artisans, restaurateurs, caterers, street food and food truckers.

The Street Food Convention is one of the most important meeting places for mobile gastronomy entrepreneurs. It is already the fourth time when the street food scene will be gathered in Nuremberg for the whole two days. In frames of the exhibition, there will be presented discoveries of trends and discussions, will be organised workshops and podium discussions on various topics. Start-ups can inform themselves about the financing possibilities, learn about the development of a food truck business and talk to experienced entrepreneurs. Almost every topic from financing to insurance will be covered on the spot. And, for sure, professional networking is also on the agenda.

The initiator Klaus P. Wünsch is a passionate street food expert and connoisseur of the industry. He casually summarizes the event: “We talk about the subject of enjoyment outside and our passion for giving customers something tasty.” According to him, not only do success stories come to fruition, however, there is a room for fail projects as well.
